The fine print, part one
Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 13, 2026 · Last updated: July 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how CreatorFest LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as CreatorHub Live ("CreatorHub Live," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit creatorhublive.com and its related pages (the "Site"), buy a ticket to or attend CreatorHub Live 2026 (the "Event"), fill out any of our forms, or otherwise interact with us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you give us
- Contact details: your name, email address, and phone number when you join the waitlist, start a ticket purchase, request sponsor information, or contact us.
- Profile details: answers you choose to give us, such as whether you identify as a creator, an entrepreneur, or a brand.
- Purchase details: ticket tier, guest pass names, and order history. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors; we do not store your full card number.
- Communications: messages you send us, survey responses, and your marketing consent choices.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Cookies and similar technologies: small files and code snippets (including pixels and software development kits) that recognize your browser or device. See Section 3.
2. How We Use Information
- To process ticket orders, issue badges and guest passes, and run the Event.
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
- To send you marketing, promotional, informational, and reminder messages by email, phone call, and text message where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law. You can opt out at any time (Section 6).
- To measure and improve the Site, our marketing, and the Event.
- To advertise the Event, including through the advertising tools described in Section 3.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
3. Cookies, Pixels & Advertising Technology
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on the Site. In particular:
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising. We use the Meta Pixel and related tools such as the Meta Conversions API. These tools collect information about your visit (for example, the pages you view and the actions you take, such as starting a ticket purchase) and may combine it with information Meta already has about you. We may also share hashed contact details (such as a scrambled version of your email address or phone number) with Meta to build Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences, so we can show ads for the Event to you and to people with similar interests, and to measure how well those ads perform. Meta processes this data under its own Privacy Policy.
- Analytics. We may use analytics providers to understand how visitors use the Site.
- Other advertising platforms. We may use similar pixels or tags from other advertising platforms (for example, Google or TikTok) for the same purposes.
You can control these technologies as described in Section 6.
4. Text Messages & Calls
If you check the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive calls, texts, and prerecorded or ringless voicemail messages from CreatorFest LLC (d/b/a CreatorHub Live), including marketing, promotional, informational, and reminder messages, sent using automated technology to the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. How We Share Information
- Service providers: companies that help us run the business, such as our customer relationship management and marketing platform, email and SMS delivery providers, payment processors, ticketing and event operations vendors, and web hosting providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising partners: Meta and other advertising platforms as described in Section 3. Under some U.S. state privacy laws this kind of disclosure may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising or "targeted advertising," and you have the right to opt out (Section 7).
- Event partners: if you expressly opt in to hear from a sponsor or partner, we will share the details you agreed to share.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of CreatorHub Live, our attendees, or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
6. Your Choices & Opt-Outs
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any text message from us.
- Cookies: most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how the Site works.
- Meta ads: adjust your ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.
- Interest-based advertising generally: visit aboutads.info/choices or optout.networkadvertising.org.
- Global Privacy Control: where required by law, we honor opt-out preference signals such as GPC sent by your browser.
7. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Virginia), you may have the right to:

8. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described above, generally for the life of the Event cycle you engaged with plus any period needed for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes, and then delete or de-identify it.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The Site and the Event are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and the Site is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
