The fine print, part two
Terms & Conditions
Effective date: July 13, 2026 · Last updated: July 13, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and CreatorFest LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as CreatorHub Live ("CreatorHub Live," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of creatorhublive.com and its related pages (the "Site") and your purchase of tickets to and attendance at CreatorHub Live 2026, October 22 to 24, 2026, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (the "Event"). By using the Site or buying a ticket, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or attend the Event.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to buy a ticket, submit our forms, or attend the Event. By purchasing, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract.
2. Tickets, Pricing & Payment
- Ticket prices are shown at checkout and may change over time (for example, Early Bird pricing ends on the date shown on the Site). The price you pay is the price displayed when you complete your purchase.
- Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate, complete payment and contact information.
- Each ticket admits one named attendee. Your badge is issued in the name you provide, and we may require photo ID matching the badge at entry.
- Tickets are for personal use and may not be resold for a profit or used for promotions, contests, or sweepstakes without our written permission.
- Because all sales are final (Section 3), initiating a payment dispute or chargeback on a completed order is a breach of these Terms. We may contest the dispute and cancel the associated ticket, badge, and guest pass.
3. All Sales Final; Transfers
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds. You may transfer your ticket to another person until October 8, 2026 by sending the new attendee's details to our team. After October 8, 2026 the attendee roster locks and no further transfers are accepted.
Each All Access ticket includes one complimentary General guest pass. You may name your guest at checkout or any time before the Event; once a guest pass is issued, it cannot be transferred.
4. Event Changes, Cancellation & Force Majeure
- The Event program, including speakers, schedule, sessions, and venue configuration, is subject to change. Changes to the lineup or schedule do not entitle you to a refund.
- If we must postpone or move the Event, your ticket will be honored at the rescheduled date or venue.
- If the Event is canceled entirely and not rescheduled, we will refund the ticket price you paid. We are not responsible for other costs you incur, such as travel or lodging.
- We are not liable for any failure or delay in holding the Event caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemics or public health emergencies, government action, labor disputes, venue unavailability, terrorism, or civil unrest. In those circumstances the postponement and cancellation provisions above apply.
5. Admission & Code of Conduct
- Admission requires a valid badge. Badges must be worn at all times inside the Event.
- We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who violates these Terms, venue rules, or applicable law, or whose behavior we reasonably consider unsafe, harassing, disruptive, or abusive, without a refund.
- You agree to comply with all venue policies, security screenings, and health and safety requirements in effect at the time of the Event.
6. Recording & Likeness Release
The Event is filmed and photographed. By attending, you grant CreatorFest LLC and its partners an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to record, use, and publish your image, likeness, voice, and statements captured at the Event in any media, for promotional and commercial purposes, without compensation to you. You may take personal photos and short clips, but you may not record full sessions or redistribute session content commercially without our written permission.
7. Assumption of Risk
Attending a live, in-person event carries inherent risks, including risks of injury, illness, and property loss or damage. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all such risks arising from your attendance at the Event.
8. Communications
By providing your contact details you agree we may contact you about your order and the Event. If you separately consent on one of our forms, you also agree to receive marketing calls, texts, emails, and prerecorded or ringless voicemail messages from CreatorFest LLC (d/b/a CreatorHub Live) using automated technology. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
9. Intellectual Property
The Site, the Event, and all related content, including text, graphics, logos, names, photos, videos, session content, and software, are owned by CreatorFest LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. "CreatorHub Live," the CreatorHub Live logo, and related names and slogans are trademarks of CreatorFest LLC; you may not use them without our prior written permission. Other names and logos on the Site are the property of their respective owners. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
10. Acceptable Use of the Site
- Do not use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, probe or breach its security, scrape it at scale, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
- Do not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
11. Copyright Complaints
We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) to team@creatorhublive.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice." Include: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) the URL of the allegedly infringing material; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and (f) your physical or electronic signature.
12. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND THE EVENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CONTENT PRESENTED AT THE EVENT REFLECTS THE VIEWS OF ITS SPEAKERS, IS FOR GENERAL INFORMATION ONLY, AND IS NOT BUSINESS, FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT FROM ATTENDING.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREATORFEST LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SPONSORS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ATTENDANCE AT THE EVENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR YOUR TICKET.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreatorFest LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, sponsors, and partners from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your conduct at the Event.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms, the Site, or the Event will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, each party waives any right to a jury trial and agrees claims may be brought only on an individual basis, not as part of a class action.
16. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, agency, or employment relationship between you and us. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and the Event.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Changes apply prospectively from the date they are posted. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
